The Stephanie Ooja Nnebeife Memorial Foundation (SONMFO) was founded in 2019 by family, friends, admirers and well-wishers of Late Mrs Stephanie Ooja Nnebeife. The Foundation is a non-profit and a Non-Governmental Organisation, registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission. Its office is located in Awka, Anambra State in the Eastern part of Nigeria as well as the FCT, Abuja.

The Stephanie Ooja Nnebeife Memorial Foundation is conceived to be an intervention organisation that will conceptualise and execute programmes directly, partnering with other non-profit organisations or collaborating with special interest groups that share the same or similar aim and objectives with it while working within the general framework for economic and human development.

The Foundation, which was established as a non-governmental, non-profit-making and non-political organization, will strive to sustain the impressive legacies of our dear Stephanie by engaging in charitable courses for the advancement of her values and development of humanity.
